Shipping & Handling

• Customers ordering parts on daily, machine-down & emergency orders will be subject to freight charges.
• Freight charges are dependent upon urgency, weight, and supplier freight rates. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.
• We strive to quote freight costs as accurately as possible, however rates are subject to change. If a change occurs, we may notify you prior to billing or shipping.
• To assist with shipping costs, orders will be shipped complete and/or consolidated freight unless otherwise requested by the customer and pertaining to individual situations.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are subjected to preapproval at the dealer’s discretion (not all parts are returnable).
• Returns and exchanges must be in new condition, with original packing and must include all instructions. A 20% restocking fee and freight charges may apply.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Payment

• New customers must pay upon order pickup or before order is shipped.
• Any orders shipped outside of Ontario must be paid in full before order is shipped.
• A downpayment on large items may be requested.
• Accounts past 30 days will be subject to a 2% per month service charge with a minimum of $3.00/month.
• Accounts may be placed in a COD status at the dealer’s discretion.
• Most major credit cards are accepted as well as e-transfers

Back Orders

• Parts may be subject to backorder. If this occurs, you will be notified.

Policies

• Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed to be accurate. • GJ’s Harvest Centre reserves the right to change prices without notice, and limit sale quantities.

GJ’s Harvest Centre does not control or endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content on any third-party sites.
• When accessing gjsequipment.com or any other online entity promoting, selling, advertising GJ’s Harvest Centre and its products you agree that GJ’s Harvest Centre shall not be held for any liability for any and all errors or omissions including your use of third-party sites. Such errors can include but are not limited to pricing, model information, finance or cash offers from GJ’s Harvest Centre or other affiliated parties.
